Every Ginger6 computer is built to your specification after you order — assembled, tested, and dispatched fresh.
Orders placed with confirmed payment are built and dispatched within 5–7 working days. Orders under finance or by bank transfer are processed only once payment is confirmed.

What Does Delivery Cost?
Computer delivery to most UK postcodes is completely free. Highlands, Islands, Jersey, Guernsey and similar locations attract additional fees shown at checkout.

Delivery hours: Monday–Friday, 7am–5:30pm (excluding Bank Holidays). We use APC Overnight for all orders — you'll receive a tracking number once dispatched.

Delivery FAQs
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. Once dispatched you'll receive an email with your APC tracking number to monitor your delivery in real time.
What if my delivery is delayed?
Adverse weather can occasionally delay deliveries. Call us on 01902 714533 for an update and we'll liaise with APC.
What if my PC arrives damaged?
Sign the delivery note as DAMAGED and contact us within 48 hours. We'll arrange collection and a replacement at no cost. See our Returns Policy.
Can I collect my order?
Yes — collection from our Wolverhampton workshop is always free. Please call ahead to confirm your order is ready before you travel.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Currently UK only. If you're based overseas please contact us to discuss options.
Will someone need to sign?
Yes — a signature is required due to the value of your system. Contact APC with your tracking number to arrange a safe place or alternative delivery day if needed.
