Yes — that's exactly what we're here for. Our custom PC configurator lets you select your components, and Kevin is always on hand if you'd like a more personalised recommendation. Call or email us and we'll work through the best build for your specific use case and budget. There are no salespeople here — just PC experts.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer (BACS). Finance options are also available — spread the cost over monthly instalments. See our Finance page for details. Orders paid by bank transfer or finance are processed only once payment is confirmed.
As each PC is built to your specification, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Once a build has commenced it may not be possible to cancel without charge. Consumer customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations — see our Returns Policy. Custom-configured systems and fast-track services may be non-refundable once commenced.
Yes — we supply businesses including offices, graphic design studios, and video production companies. We have a dedicated range of Business PCs including workstations, office PCs, and video editing rigs. Get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Every Ginger6 PC is built to order. From confirmed payment, your system is typically built, tested and dispatched within 5–7 working days. Need it faster? We offer a fast-track build service — select this on the product page when ordering. We also have pre-built Next Day systems for dispatch same day (order by 2:30pm on a working day with confirmed payment).
Computer delivery to UK mainland addresses is completely free on our standard 24-hour tracked service. Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man attract an additional charge from £17.25. For components and peripherals, delivery starts from £5.99. Yes. We use APC Overnight to deliver all computers. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time on the APC website.
Yes — collection from our Wolverhampton workshop is always free. Please contact us before you travel to confirm your order is ready. We're at 5 Shaw Park Business Village, Shaw Road, Wolverhampton, WV10 9LE.
Sign the courier's delivery note as DAMAGED and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We'll arrange collection and either a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Full details on our Returns Policy page.
Every Ginger6 PC includes our 3-year Bronze warranty as standard at no extra cost. Year one covers all work, labour and shipping. Years two and three cover all labour costs. Upgrade to Silver or Gold at any time by calling 01902 714533. Full details on our Warranty page.
No — operating systems and software are not covered by our hardware warranty. If you experience a software issue, please contact the relevant software manufacturer. If our technicians determine a problem is caused by software or user error, Ginger6 will not be liable.
Yes. Overclocking, third-party modifications, and removal of any serial numbers will void your warranty. We strongly advise against making modifications that are not part of your original specification if you wish to maintain warranty cover.

All returns must be authorised by Ginger6 first. Contact us via the Contact Us page with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number which must be clearly visible on the outside of the returned package.
If your PC is faulty within the first 30 days, you're entitled to a replacement or full refund. After 30 days, faults are covered under warranty — we'll arrange a repair. See our Returns Policy for full details.
Consumer customers can cancel and return within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, provided the item is unused and 'as new' in original packaging. Return postage is at your own cost. This does not apply to custom-configured systems built to your specification, business customers, or unsealed software.
Yes — modern desktop PCs are designed to run continuously if needed. All Ginger6 systems are built with quality components and proper thermal management. It's good practice to restart periodically to clear memory and install pending updates.
You can add Bluetooth via a USB dongle (widely available for under £10) or a PCIe Bluetooth card for an internal option. If you're unsure what's compatible with your build, give us a call and we'll advise.
Yes — all our systems are built in standard cases with upgradability in mind. RAM, storage, and GPU upgrades are typically straightforward. Please note some hardware modifications may affect your warranty — contact us before carrying out any work.
Yes. If your system came with Windows installed, use Windows' built-in Reset This PC feature (Settings → System → Recovery). This restores Windows to a clean state. Make sure to back up important data first.
Yes — our systems are typically supplied with Windows 11 Home or Pro pre-installed and ready to use. The specific OS version is listed on each product page. If you have specific OS requirements, contact us before ordering.
Yes — we offer finance options to help spread the cost into manageable monthly payments. Visit our Finance page for details on available plans and eligibility. Orders placed under a finance agreement won't be processed until we receive confirmation from the finance provider.
