What Does Warranty Cover?
Hardware faults & component failure
Any defect in workmanship or materials not caused by misuse.
Labour costs — all 3 years
Diagnostic and repair labour is covered for the full 3-year period on all tiers.
Unlimited number of repairs
No cap on repair visits during the warranty period.
Collect & return service (year 1+)
We collect your PC and return it repaired — no need to arrange your own courier.
Exclusions
What's Not Covered?
Operating systems & software
Software issues should go to the manufacturer. Faults caused by software or user error are not covered.
Overclocking & modifications
Overclocking, third-party modifications, and removal of serial numbers will void your warranty.
Damage through misuse or neglect
Physical damage, liquid damage, improper storage or accidental damage is not covered.
Data loss
It is your responsibility to maintain adequate backups. We are not liable for any data loss.
